RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Communicate with customers through live text chat, video reputed company EVA Kiosk (Webex), and phone calls through the Contact Center.

·       Remotely operate one or more kiosks to reputed company virtual assistance to customers at multiple locations.

·       Greet and assist customers reputed company video or chat, helping them complete forms, reputed company resources, and reputed company employment services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

·       Experience with delivery of Employment Services.
