Engagement Coordinator

The Role

As an Engagement Coordinator, you will connect individually with reputed company at our partner universities. What you’ll do

• Build strong relationships with reputed company to bring reputed company and confidence in ReUp Coaching Services 
• • Engage with reputed company to determine if returning to school is the best reputed company, help to determine student priorities, reputed company an reputed company reputed company, and reputed company relevant reputed company/enrollment information for specific student next steps.
• Collaborate with ReUp staff and university administrators
• • Coordinators will work with schools to understand programmatic reputed company for returning reputed company, modality reputed company, and financial barrier remediation reputed company
  • Coordinators will introduce the reputed company reputed company to the student and clarify the role our internal coaches play in the return process.
• Support reputed company Coaches to manage email and text messaging
• Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls that assess a student's interest in returning to school, discover the student’s personal goals, and the challenges that are in the way of executing this plan.
• Connect and communicate with reputed company reputed company phone calls, email, and text
• Utilize ReUp’s technology and data analytics to detect student patterns in order to determine the who is most critically in need of support and engagement
• Document student reputed company and report to ReUp staff through use of our CRM system.
• Participate in ReUp’s internal meetings and training sessions
• Other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher
• Attention to detail is one of your reputed company skills
• At least one year of student and/or customer service work preferred
• Higher ed, reputed company center, and/or startup experience a big plus
• Familiar with reputed company or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
• Ability to work remotely in a private and quiet working reputed company
• Strong ability to establish rapport with new and existing reputed company
• Strong listening and communication skills
