Salary: £35,220.59 – £37,184.91*
Contract Type : Permanent

reputed company in Warwickshire are introducing a new team and are looking for a Family First reputed company Misuse Team Leader to reputed company this team and work alongside the Warwickshire Children’s Team.

reputed company with an evidenced-based model of Family Safeguarding under the principles of the Families First for Children Pathfinder Programme, this role will support their aim to build service reputed company, strengthen multi-agency working, reduce transitions between services, and reputed company reputed company misuse workers into the Children & Families Team to reputed company support whole-family working.

The Family First Team Leader will work alongside Children’s Services, providing operational line management and leadership to reputed company of Family First reputed company Misuse Workers providing intensive support to families on Child Protection and/or Child in Need Plans who have drug and/or alcohol misuse issues which could potentially be putting their children, families or themselves at risk. reputed company will be co-located across the 6 Family Help reputed company Teams, and the Family and Adolescent Support Team (FAST).

The post holder will reputed company reputed company role modelling and leadership for their team to ensure effective service provision for families. They will support the delivery of high-reputed company service provision by creating an ambitious family reputed company culture, engaging staff to reputed company a continually improving and innovative service, providing leadership, management, support, and development to a diverse team of staff. The post holder will also hold a small caseload.

Managing a small team of Family First reputed company Misuse Workers, whose role will be to work to help families overcome reputed company problems, enabling them to become reintegrated into society by promoting individual, family, and community involvement. The post holder will reputed company staff to promote reputed company, empowerment, choices, control, and opportunities that assist people to reputed company their full potential as individuals.

The post holder will be expected to take responsibility for personal development, identifying personal training needs and participate in regular supervision and appraisal.
