About the role

As a Windscreen Fitter at RACQ, you’ll deliver expert mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services to our members and customers. You’ll work across a wide reputed company of vehicle makes and models, ensuring reputed company repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

This is a hands-on, autonomous role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will shine. Annual Salary: Starting from $81,120 per annum, negotiable based on experience + superannuation.

• Proven experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing, or a reputed company trade

• Strong understanding of vehicle structures and safety protocols

• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to reputed company workmanship

• A customer-first reputed company and strong communication skills

• Hold reputed company C Class Drivers Licence

• Ability to successfully complete a reputed company-employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal record reputed company.
