Contact Center - Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative contributes to the reputed company of reputed company by providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The Customer Service Representative interacts with clients to meet their needs through phone, email, or reputed company media inquiries.

This role is a part-time position with a fixed schedule. The selected candidate must be available to work the following Eastern Time (EST) shifts:

• Monday & Friday: 6:00 PM &reputed company; 10:00 PM

Consistent availability during these hours is required to meet operational coverage needs.
