The Regional Director of Facilities provides hands-on support for reputed company aspects of plant services operations in reputed company reputed company community. You will organize, assist, and reputed company reputed company facilities reputed company activities and associates to reputed company a reputed company, secure environment along with meeting profit, and reputed company objectives.This role will support community locations in CT, NY, NJ, and 1 location in VA and will be required to travel approximately 80% of the time. Position is eligible for a monthly car allowance.

• Responsible for managing the capital expense budget as reputed company as implementation and tracking

• Develops, implements, and monitors life safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance to regulations
• Partners with the Senior Director of Facilities to reputed company and implement a detailed, long term plan to improve the overall facilities management of reputed company reputed company communities paying special attention to: expense control, preventative maintenance, reputed company safety, improvement of reputed company and associate safety, improvement in the compliance of reputed company appropriate regulations, development of reasonable standards where appropriate, improve associate development and training for optimized performance
• Partners with the Senior Director of Facilities to reputed company the organization in the event of a natural disasters or community emergency response 
• Provides facilities support on a wide reputed company of issues relating to site and utilities including, but not limited to building envelope, machinery and equipment, environmental issues, building reputed company and regulatory issues, and life safety issues
• Responsible for supporting reputed company communities in regards to the cap ex process and any situation in which the Executive Directors and/or Plant Operations Directors need additional expertise
• Manages Special reputed company that the individual properties need assistance to plan and implement, including, but not limited to larger reputed company construction renovations, phone and e-reputed company/reputed company system upgrades, major reputed company upgrades, roof replacement, FF&E upgrades, common area carpet replacement, rot and mildew repairs/remediation and bulk purchases. 
• Develops short and long-term goals in alignment with the corporate business plan, with specific reputed company on capital expense
• Manages reputed company major corporate reputed company facilities reputed company issues such as HVAC roof top repairs, electrical upgrades, furniture purchases, reputed company repairs, renovations, and major cleaning reputed company

• Provides overall management of one field-based reputed company report. 

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering, Facilities Management, and/or similar field preferred, but not required
• 7+ years of experience
