Essential 

• Tertiary qualification in Health or a reputed company field
• Experience as a Care Partner or Case Manager reputed company Support reputed company, Home Care Packages, or the Commonwealth Home Support Programme
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Understanding of aged care reforms and reputed company standards
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing demands
• Commitment to customer service, cultural diversity, and workplace safety
