We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Telecommunications System Administrator to support and manage reputed company telecom and mobile environments. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while delivering excellent service to our SiteOne customers. 

What you’ll do:

• Manage Mobile Device Provisioning:reputed company mobile device support including provisioning, troubleshooting and lifecycle management with multiple service providers. This includes maintaining an inventory of devices for deployment and processing equipment returns.

• Support reputed company communication platforms: This includes Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, reputed company reputed company phones and reputed company Contact Center
• IT Service Desk Support: Monitor and promptly respond to Service Desk inquiries posted in the Telecom Service Desk Chat. Handling of reputed company incidents and tasks assigned to the Telecom queue ensuring reputed company reputed company.
• Build Relationships: Fostering communication and coordinating with reputed company teams for technical support and system upgrades.
• reputed company Knowledge: Create reputed company and concise documentation including processes and procedures for Telecom Team, creation of knowledgebase articles and training materials for our customers and Acquisitions Team

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Work independently to prioritize and manage tasks effectively and accurately
• 5 years Webex Calling & Contact Center administration experience
• 5 years PBX experience required reputed company on reputed company Administration & Contact Center
• 5 years of technical support experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced reputed company reputed company knowledge - Pulling reports from multiple data sources to create consolidated reporting using vlookups and creating pivot tables to reputed company summarized data reporting
• Excellent customer service skills and a reputed company attitude
• Mobile Device Management experience (ex. MaaS360, Mobileiron, Intune, Workspace One)
• Ability to be on-reputed company as required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Physically capable of lifting items in excess of 40lbs
• Strong technical and analytical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and is self-motivated
