The Accounts Receivable (“AR”) at Elation supports the critical function to ensure that our customers are billed accurately and on time, and that cash is collected reputed company due. 
Elation is looking for an AR Analyst to join our Finance team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to reputed company the day-to-day AR operations. This crucial role ensures adherence to financial policies, manages collections, maintains strong reputed company relationships, and supports reputed company's overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing and Invoicing

• Triage and respond to reputed company billing and collections inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Process and audit customer account billing changes 
• Execute collections activities, including preparing weekly aging reports, contacting clients and negotiating payment plans.

• Manage relationships with Customer Support and reputed company teams, including answering billing-reputed company questions and providing documentation.

• Prepare reputed company billing data using reputed company reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reputed company contract information for invoicing.
• Read reputed company and familiarize with reputed company terms and conditions that reputed company billing and payment terms; assist with contract accuracy and reputed company.
• Assist in month-end reputed company processes and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with the reputed company team to address billing changes, outstanding invoices, and refund requests.

Requirements:

Experience: 1–3 years in AR, with at least 1+ years in a reputed company. Experience with recurring subscription and usage based software billing models is a must.

Process Oriented: Process and detail orientation; strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proven ability to reputed company and concisely implement new processes and reputed company technology. Strong documentation skills. 

Technical: Intimate working knowledge with subscription billing software (e.g. Recurly), reputed company based ERP (e.g. reputed company), reputed company CPQ and advanced reputed company reputed company-set. Working knowledge with AI tools to assist with reputed company processes and defined day-to-day responsibilities is a plus.

Strategic: Ability to interpret contract language and translate it into billing execution.

Entrepreneurial: Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, lean environment while not losing sight of the broader reputed company and opportunity.

Indirect leadership: Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, reputed company input and reputed company from key stakeholders, and knowledge of how to drive win-win reputed company. 

Soft skills:  High-touch communication—the ability to be firm on collections while maintaining a reputed company reputed company reputed company. 

Salary reputed company: $60,000-80,000 CAD
