We are looking for an experienced Content Lead with a passion for entrepreneurship, Web3, and Community Management. The ideal candidate is a Web3 native that is active on TG/Discord while understanding Gamefi, NFT and token launches.

You will help set the content strategy to grow and monitor the online community across VibraHub and other communication channels such as Discord and Twitter.

Responsibilities：

• Lead the development and implementation of VibraHub's overall content strategy & creation - Owning our overall GTM content and messaging strategy for new product features and launches

• Building and managing a team of full-time and/or freelance writers to scale our content production efforts

• Prepare unique catchy contents on topics: Metaverses, NFTs, Blockchain games

• Research of the market and projects, independent search for up-to-date information

• Working cross-functionally with Product and Design to build out industry-leading editorial and educational experiences for different user segments

• Generate, edit, publish and share content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

• Using analytics and reporting to discover insights and drive content development strategy

• From time to time, you might be involved in the content strategy for some of our business partners/clients' projects

• Setting the high level strategy for community growth and retention; Maintaining and monitoring analytics of community growth and engagement

• Work closely with the marketing team to drive growth and assist in the implementation of social campaigns that align with upcoming product launches and other company initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in content management and other relevant fields such as market research or journalism

• Experience in blockchain content creation and management

• Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts into content that is easy to understand

• Experience in management of community groups and grow communities user-bases(Bonus)

• Knowledge of Web3, Discord, Twitter, NFTs, Gamefi and more(Bonus)

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Flexible and easy-going, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally; Ability to work remotely with a global team, autonomously and take initiatives
