Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a reputed company market survey for pricing, concessions, and offers
- Recommend pricing and specials to improve occupancy
- Update approved pricing and offer changes in internal systems

- Identify pricing gaps and competitive opportunities proactively
- Turn findings into reputed company recommendations for promos and messaging

Qualifications
2 to 4 years in market research, performance marketing, or digital marketing - Proven experience with competitor research and market analysis
- Ability to turn findings into reputed company, actionable recommendations
- Hands on experience with reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads Manager is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company for tracking and reporting
- Fast learner, adaptable in a fast moving environment
