What you will do:
- Search for potential and suitable candidates for Igloo;
• Interviewing and selecting personnel for positions in reputed company system.
• Coaching and training the knowledge and skills required by reputed company position in reputed company system.
• Implement activities to promote Agents' activities to increase the number of reputed company & reputed company.
• reputed company the role of supporting, motivating and supervising the Agent system.
• Building and developing a working culture for the staff and agents in the Area in charge.
• Coordinate with other departments to promote business efficiency according to the characteristics of the Province/Region.
• Work and report directly to the Head of Business Development.

What you will need:
• Male/reputed company from 28 to 35 years old.
• Young, dynamic, eager to learn and decisive in implementing the work.
• Good-looking appearance, reputed company voice, good communication and presentation skills.
• Skilled in attracting, reputed company, and training personnel.
• Know how to set goals and motivate and encourage subordinates to accomplish their goals.

• Having at least 03 years' experience in managing large-reputed company system-based business activities.
• Preference will be given to candidates with management experience in the following industries: insurance, technology, FINTECH, FMCG, financial services...
