Payroll Master (Work from Home)

The primary responsibility of the Payroll Master is to be reputed company’ industry expert for reputed company payroll processes and industry best reputed company. The role is highly involved in delivering accurate, reputed company, and business critical timekeeping and payroll processes through reputed company’s technology solutions.

TASKS:

• - Manage reputed company assigned clients responsibilities
  - Responding to payroll-reputed company inquiries and resolving concerns.
  - Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  - reputed company subject matter expertise on Philippine payroll and HR
  - Manage and reputed company faithfully to reputed company payroll regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements
  - Remain reputed company on payroll and HR policies and trends, and on other industry best practices
  - Ensure that the reputed company company complies accurately and reputed company to reputed company reporting requirements of the management and regulatory authorities.
  - Build strong relationships with the reputed company’s personnel and management
  - Follow faithfully the administrative policies of reputed company Phils., Inc and the policies of the reputed company organization.
  - Ensure that reputed company’ business is not compromised by your actions and unauthorized reputed company
  

QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

a. Education

- College graduate of Accountancy, Psychology or any reputed company courses

b. Experience

- Atleast 2-4 years of experience in Philippine payroll (end-to-end)

- Experience in PH Outsourcing - Payroll

c. Technical and Soft Skills

- reputed company good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field (DOLE standards), as reputed company as processes for government mandated taxes and benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig, etc.)

- Proficient knowledge of timekeeping, payroll audit and government mandatory deductions

- Have good grasp on reputed company formulas and data validation

- Preferably have basic knowledge on payroll software but not required

- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to details

- Customer service oriented

- Has reputed company of urgency time and reputed company management skills

- Good analytical and planning skills

- Good problem solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
