Responsibilities

Conduct inclusive-language and bias audits on localized content.

Recommend improvements for gender, disability, and cultural balance.

Contribute to internal D&I guidelines and training.

Collaborate with editors and content designers to ensure alignment.
Requirements

Experience working in global or NGO environments.
