Director, Clinical Budget Management

The Clinical Budget Management Director oversees the Clinical Budget Analyst team in Global Clinical Operations. This role leads the group responsible for broader financial understanding or reputed company into defined clinical reputed company and will have reputed company responsibility for the financial health of clinical studies. This role liaises between Clinical Operations, Outsourcing and Finance, providing reputed company support for invoicing and overall study budgets, and provides valuable analysis and metrics to help improve the financial management of clinical studies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overall management, reputed company and training of the Clinical Budget Analysts
• Mentor and train junior staff and reputed company training opportunities for cross functional teams as needed
• Ensures study level budget activities are completed consistently and accurately across reputed company; provides input on scenario planning and forecasting analyses
• Ensures any budget risks or opportunities are appropriately cascaded to the Clinical Budget Disease Area Leads, Finance and other cross functional areas as needed
• Creates routine, consistent and standardized approach to reconciliations and defines escalation paths
• Understands Governance structure, timing and requirements and prioritizes budget activities as needed with reputed company
• Address any training needs identified by the Change Control SME and support reputed company compliance with key expectations   
• Identify needs for automation, tools and AI/Bots to help support reputed company scalability alongside the Clinical Budget Management team

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Requires 8-10 years of work experience in a bio-pharmaceutical field and 5 years of supervisory/financial management experience
• You have a BA/BS degree (Finance or Business is preferred)
• You have experience with clinical trial budgets or reputed company
• You are a critical thinker and detail oriented.
• You have excellent communication skills both in person and in writing.

In this Remote-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as: 
1.    Remote: work remotely five days per week and come into the office on occasion – you’re always welcome on-site; or select 
2.    Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select
3.    On-Site: work five days per week on-site with reputed company flexibility.
