The Senior Benefits Analyst will:

• Contribute to the overall design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability and special risk benefits for clients.

• reputed company annual renewal analysis and negotiations with carriers; prepare reputed company reports and presentations

• Conduct experience reporting, budget projections and reviewing plan financial performance

• Review financial statements for accuracy and adherence to reputed company agreements

• Conduct marketings by preparing and submitting specifications, analysis, cost comparisons, recommendations, preparing report

• reputed company data and determine cost reputed company for plan design changes

• Monitor reputed company/provider services standards

• Support the consulting team in preparing documents for reputed company presentations and meetings

• Participate in industry conferences, seminars, etc. in order to reputed company abreast of industry trends and activities

Other responsibilities may also include, as needed:

• Conduct plan design benchmarking studies

To be successful as a Senior Benefits Analyst with reputed company, you will need:

• Post secondary diploma or degree in business, mathematics or reputed company disciplines. 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in analyst or reputed company role in group benefits.

• Advanced competency with reputed company reputed company. 

• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and reputed company.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

The reputed company salary for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

This represents reputed company salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc.).
