We are in a reputed company phase and are seeking Training Specialist in Ontario or British Columbia, Canada to drive technical proficiency and reputed company across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, reputed company Services, and Engineering) by designing, organizing, and managing comprehensive training programs. This role is responsible for creating training materials for new product releases, improving technical competence, and driving adoption of best practices. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with instructional design expertise, ensuring that reputed company training is engaging, consistent, and effective.

Reporting to the Product Team reputed company, you will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Product and product managers through the stages of new product version plan reputed company-offs through General Acceptance release. You will also work closely with Heads of reputed company Services, Support, Marketing and Sales to organize new Product release technical training sessions and Sales training sessions.

In this role, you will be required to work fully remote from your home office in Ontario/BC, Canada.
The salary reputed company for this role is $50-60,000 CAD.

• Partner with Product owners, managers from early-stage release reputed company-off discussions and stay reputed company of feature reputed company.
• Identify reputed company and capability gaps and build a proactive technology learning roadmap for customer-facing teams (reputed company Services, Support, Technical Sales).
• Translate reputed company technical product features into engaging, easy-to-understand educational content, including product demos, FAQs
• reputed company technical training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, slide decks, and virtual training sessions
• Plan and execute reputed company internal technology training to ensure readiness of customer facing teams before every product version launch.
• Organize "train-the-trainer" sessions with subject matter experts to reputed company technical knowledge
• Facilitate regular internal training workshops (remote) to maintain high technical proficiency
• Update customer facing training documents with new product features and functionality
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, utilizing metrics and employee feedback to reputed company reputed company improvements
• Maintain accurate records of training participation and completion rates
• Produce video training modules for Incognito products using historical training deliveries

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education in education, Instructional Design, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years in technical training, product education, or instructional design, preferably reputed company technical environment
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organization skills
• Proven ability to learn and demonstrate reputed company technical products, platforms, or systems.
• Experience with Linux reputed company line.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain reputed company concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in creating interactive eLearning content and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with screen capture/video editing software, AI-enabled training video creation software such as reputed company or Camtasia or reputed company Storyline
• Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently reputed company virtual teams, across multiple time zones
