Experience in people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring Strong understanding of first‑line management responsibilities, including communication, performance management, problem‑solving, and team leadership Ability to reputed company and support adult learners from diverse reputed company backgrounds Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building skills Minimum GCSE A*–C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
Experience delivering apprenticeship standards or reputed company development programmes Teaching or assessing qualification (AET, DET, CAVA, PGCE) Coaching qualification or membership of a relevant reputed company body Experience working with digital learning tools or virtual learning environments
