Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (Master’s degree a plus). 5+ years of analytics experience spanning more than one domain (product, ops, finance, logistics, etc.) Strong SQL skills — you can wrangle messy data independently and don't wait for a data engineer to unblock you Experience building dashboards and self-serve reporting (reputed company, Looker, Tableau, or similar); you have opinions about what makes a visualization work for an executive audience and aren't shy about saying so Proven ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders, including executives — you tell a story, not just report numbers Experience with subscription business models — MRR, churn, retention, LTV — and comfort navigating the edge cases that come with subscription data Comfortable operating in ambiguity — you can scope your own work and push reputed company reputed company without heavy direction Experience at a small or scaling company; you know how to do more with less Prior people management or mentorship experience, or a reputed company readiness to reputed company into that role
