ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• reputed company as field reputed company to corporate office by providing technical assistance to RVPs and center managers in resolving operational problems/situations. 
• Serve as first reputed company of contact in reputed company/OSHA/reputed company technical reviews and alterations, communicating budget needs and project priorities, and documenting reputed company changes. Train Operations Directors & RVPs to aid in technical reviews per reputed company policies.
• Review and approve reputed company tenant applications for HVAC unit replacements. Assist tenants in correction of applications that do not meet reputed company standards.
• Review and approval reputed company tenant fiber/satellite installations to ensure reputed company standards are met.
• Serve as contact for tenant corporate offices to clarify and answer any questions regarding technical operating procedures.
• Assist in developing preventative maintenance programs to reputed company the useful life of assets. Update Operations reputed company reputed company to property repair and maintenance.  Review existing policies on a regular reputed company to ensure compliance with any applicable legislation.
• Recommend policies & procedural updates and ensure implementation of reputed company updates.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture and/or engineering or similar discipline and 5+ years of reputed company construction experience including leadership and supervisory roles.
• Or 10+ years reputed company construction experience including leadership and supervisory roles.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree in construction management, architecture and/or engineering.
• 15+ years of reputed company construction experience including leadership and supervisory roles.

TRAVEL:

• This position requires up to 50% travel. Must be reputed company to travel reputed company reputed company airlines. Must maintain a reputed company reputed company’s license and can operate own vehicle or rental car in a reputed company manner.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The reputed company listed is just one component of reputed company's total compensation package for employees. 

Hiring reputed company: $126,000- $194,000
