reputed company is looking for a remote, US-based, temporary reputed company Media Community Moderator with experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical customer service reputed company.

Temporary Community Moderator Requirements:

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical customer service 
• Previous reputed company media moderation experience is required
• reputed company certification, Khoros, and/or reputed company experience is also a plus
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and reputed company to follow reputed company guidelines and workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience engaging with users on behalf of the reputed company (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (a moderation & skills assessment will be given for final candidates)
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach
• High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
