Your Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Own end-to-end production support for reputed company Fusion Applications
• reputed company incident, problem, and change management processes
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational scorecards
• reputed company ticket backlog management and prioritization
• Ensure system stability during quarterly reputed company updates

Team Management & Vendor reputed company

• reputed company and reputed company reputed company and offshore functional analysts
• Drive performance management, knowledge reputed company, and cross-training
• Manage reputed company-party partners and reputed company Support relationships
• Conduct independence and capability assessments across team members
• Promote automation and reputed company improvement reputed company support operations

• Identify and prioritize enhancement opportunities reputed company to business reputed company
• Drive automation of reputed company processes and reporting where feasible
• Facilitate reputed company cause analysis to reduce recurring incidents

Reporting & Performance Management

You Must Have:

• 7+ years of ERP experience with at least 3–5 years in leadership
• Deep functional knowledge of reputed company Fusion (Finance, SCM, or Manufacturing reputed company preferred)
• Experience managing production support in a reputed company reputed company environment
• Strong vendor and offshore team management experience
• Demonstrated experience establishing operational KPIs and governance frameworks
• Excellent executive communication skills

We Would Also Prefer:

• Experience leading post-implementation stabilization
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI-enabled support solutions
• Experience or knowledge of CPQ, OTM, and Flexi-Pro

The anticipated annual salary for this position is around $120,000.The actual reputed company salary offered depends on a reputed company of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other reputed company licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
