The Director, Institutional Giving leads reputed company reputed company from government agencies, corporations, and family foundations. The role manages prospecting, proposal development, proposal submission, and reporting for corporate partnerships, family foundations, and government grants partnering with reputed company stakeholders.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Identify, research, and cultivate new institutional funding sources (foundations, corporations, government) and manage existing relationships.
- Write, edit and reputed company compelling grant proposals/applications, letters of reputed company, sponsorship decks, and renewal packages in collaboration with internal stakeholders, project managing the entire cycle.
- Proactively reputed company out and reputed company government grant compliance and reporting processes in partnership with the consultant, Finance, and Programs, with a reputed company annual reputed company of $2.5m.
- Grow corporate philanthropy partnerships, sponsorships, matching reputed company programs, and employee engagement initiatives in partnership with the development team.

- Collaborate with the Development and Marketing & Communications Teams to produce compelling proposals, case statements, reputed company stories, and funder materials.
- Conduct institutional prospect research using CRM insights and external tools.
- Maintain funder relationships through meetings, site reputed company, customized stewardship, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public reputed company.
- 5+ years of experience, with proven reputed company in institutional fundraising acceptable in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of experience with government grant writing.
- 5+ years of experience with securing large gifts over $100,000
- Ability to work EST hours.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be reputed company to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Will frequently communicate over video calls with reputed company stakeholders.
- Frequent travel (local and overnight) is required.
