Graphic Designer
This is a remote position.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic & Production Designer who can execute high-quality design work across print and digital mediums within an established brand system.
This is a production-first role, focused on clean execution, consistency, and speed - not just creative ideation.
Key Responsibilities
Create and adapt designs across multiple client brands
Work on both print and digital assets, including:
Postcards, brochures, billboards
Vehicle wraps and trade show materials
Social media creatives
Landing pages and website layouts
Execute designs within predefined brand guidelines
Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, margins, etc.)
Design UI layouts and extend existing design systems (Figma)
Perform photo editing, enhancement, and asset preparation
Organize and manage image libraries and design assets
Support AI-assisted design workflows (refining generated visuals)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of:
Design fundamentals
Typography and layout
Color theory
Visual hierarchy
Print production knowledge:
CMYK vs RGB vs Pantone
Indicia and print setup
Digital design expertise:
Social media creatives
Landing page/UI layouts
Ability to follow brand systems and maintain consistency
Strong attention to detail with high-speed execution
Ability to manage multiple design requests simultaneously
Strong aesthetic judgment
Tools Required
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Figma
Nice to Have:
Adobe Premiere Pro
AI-based design tools/workflows
Experience Required
2+ years in:
Graphic Design / Marketing Design
Production Design
Experience in both print and digital design
Portfolio demonstrating:
Brand consistency
Production-ready work
Experience working with multiple clients or in an agency environment
