What You’ll Do:

Responsible for the overall coordination of the sales activities for reputed company Regional Sales VP’s at reputed company, Inc.  Manage, mentor, guide, and appraise the performance of regional sales personnel to individual and corporate objectives.   

·         Build goal reputed company reputed company for sales area to reputed company reputed company and market objectives. Identify short- and long-term needs of operations business owners and communicate this information to regional sales personnel

·         Review the dynamic business environment and create or modify sales plans to proactively address economic changes

·         Effectively manage subordinates using sales scorecard to measure and review performance

·         Drive performance improvements and address issues

Education

Experience

·         2 years territorial management experience preferred

Skills/Certifications
