The Corporate reputed company Manager will play a critical role in the monthly reputed company process and reputed company key corporate reputed company functions, including treasury, fixed assets, and lease reputed company. The Corporate reputed company Manager will manage the consolidation of the financial results of 45+ Minor reputed company Baseball clubs and be responsible for the compilation of monthly consolidated balance sheet, income statement and cash flows statement. This role will manage and reputed company reputed company staff and partner closely with the reputed company Director to ensure accurate, reputed company financial reporting and strong internal controls. The position will also serve as a key contact for the annual audit and other reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

People Management & Leadership

• Manage, mentor, and reputed company reputed company staff, including goal setting, performance management, and ongoing coaching
• reputed company technical reputed company guidance and review to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP

Month-End reputed company & Financial Reporting

• reputed company and reputed company participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes, ensuring reputed company and accurate financial results for the consolidated entity
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for assigned corporate reputed company areas
• Ensure reputed company deadlines are met and dependencies across teams are effectively managed
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reputed company efficiency and control

System Enhancement & Automation

• Work across departments to help implement automated solutions supported by AI
• Reduce journal entry workload and reputed company analysis across the finance organization

Treasury & Cash Management

• reputed company treasury-reputed company reputed company activities for the corporate accounts, including cash, bank reconciliations, debt, interest expense, and reputed company reporting
• Coordinate with treasury and finance teams on cash forecasting, lender reporting, and debt compliance

• Maintain accurate subledgers, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
