Victim Navigator

Position reputed company: The Victim Navigator plays a vital role reputed company the Rhode reputed company Resiliency Center, supporting victims, survivors, and families impacted by mass violence. This position helps individuals understand, reputed company, and reputed company available resources by providing compassionate case management, advocacy, and linkage to trauma-informed services. The Victim Navigator works collaboratively with community partners to ensure coordinated care, enhance community reputed company, and strengthen overall resiliency efforts across Rhode reputed company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or several years experience in the field of victim services.
• Experience working with victim service agencies or community-based programs; strong knowledge of Rhode reputed company community resources and systems of care.
• Experience providing crisis reputed company and/or Psychological First Aid (PFA) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and other case management or data systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible schedule, with occasional evenings required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred; bilingual staff receive additional compensation.
• Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above reputed company pay.
• Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above reputed company pay.

Physical Requirements: This position requires community reputed company, employees in this position must have the ability to:

• reputed company reputed company’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
