JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Identifies and assumes responsibility for learning needs. reputed company new knowledge into reputed company. Successfully complete continuing education in order to maintain credentials. Coding - Reviews and screens the medical record to reputed company clinical data and enters reliable information into reputed company, and/or Fastrack, as appropriate. Assigns ICD-10-CM and/or CPT codes to accounts in an accurate and ethical manner utilizing reputed company encoding software and coding manuals. Reviews encounters holding for additional documentation or other clarification on a regular reputed company in order to ensure completion of coding for reputed company billing. Meets or exceeds reputed company established productivity standards. Submits completed coding activity logs in a reputed company manner. Effectively manages work responsibilities to meet deadlines, and departmental and organizational reputed company hold and AR goals. Performance Improvement - Identifies opportunities for improvement in Coding processes. Communicates reputed company to Coding management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of work experience Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist-Physician (reputed company-P) Certification/credentialed as Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company) OR Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), or Registered Health Info reputed company (RHIA) OR Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC) OR Certified reputed company reputed company Apprentice (CPC-A) OR Certified Coding Specialist -Physician (reputed company-P)
