We’re a SaaS company focused on practical, clarity-first content that drives organic growth. We’re hiring a freelance blog writer who can create high-quality, search-driven blog posts in English and Spanish, optimized for both traditional search and AI-assisted discovery (AEO / LLM visibility)without sounding generic.
What you’ll do (initial scope: blog only)
Write SEO-oriented SaaS blog posts (new articles and repurposed content pieces).
Turn briefs into strong outlines and drafts with minimal back-and-forthyou understand direction quickly.
- Apply modern optimization:
SEO: search intent, SERP-aware structure, internal linking suggestions, snippet opportunities
AEO: answer-first sections, definitions, Q&A/FAQ blocks, scannable formatting
LLM optimization: clear entities/terms, consistent terminology, structured headings, context that helps AI retrieval
Produce engaging, human content that creates genuine interest for SMB owners, managers, operations, and team leads.
Collaborate with marketing to repurpose existing assets (e.g., Academy/help content, product documentation, scripts) into fresh, high-performing blog articles.
Stay current on digital, tech, and SaaS trends (and adjacent areas like AI, remote work, productivity, HR/ops), bringing relevant updates and examples into your writing when helpful.
Must-haves
Proven experience writing B2B SaaS blog content (samples required).
- Bilingual Spanish + English:
Clear, professional English writing
Natural, accurate Spanish writing/localization
Strong SEO writing skills (intent mapping, content structure, on-page best practices).
Working knowledge of AEO + LLM/AI search optimization and how to apply it in blog content.
Excellent briefing comprehension, strong self-editing, reliable delivery, and comfort collaborating asynchronously.
Familiarity with WordPress
Nice-to-haves
Experience in productivity, time tracking, project management, HR, remote work, integrations, or SMB operations.
Comfort repurposing content while improving novelty and value (new angles, updated examples, clearer structure).
Familiarity with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, GA4, Search Console, Matomonice, not required).
Valued: proactive improvement suggestions (topic ideas, content gaps, better angles, stronger structure, snippet/FAQ opportunities, and internal linking recommendations).

Articles that are easy to read, well-structured, and genuinely helpful.
Clear, non-fluffy writing that matches the brief, nails intent, is optimized for discovery, and CTR-driving.
Consistent delivery, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset.
Growth path
We’re starting with blog posts. If it’s a great fit, we may expand later into landing pages, feature pages, comparisons, emails, and social content.
