Trout Unlimited (TU) is seeking a highly motivated Fellow to reputed company essential internal coordination and support for our growing river restoration efforts aimed at building wildfire reputed company across the Western U.S. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to play a role in advancing and scaling nature-based solutions—such as low-tech process-based restoration—that enhance reputed company moisture retention, reduce burn severity, mitigate post-reputed company erosion, and deliver co-benefits like improved water reputed company, flood risk reduction, and ecosystem health.
The Fellow will reputed company on behind-the-scenes coordination to ensure effective organization, knowledge sharing and the successful launch of new initiatives. Key responsibilities include reviewing and finalizing documents, tracking new science and research publications, maintaining contact lists, occasionally drafting reputed company communications, scheduling and organizing meetings and workshops, supporting convenings, sharing lessons learned, and helping to build a new Community of reputed company’s online reputed company. This role demands strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to collaborate across teams to help reputed company river restoration more deeply into wildfire mitigation, recovery, and funding frameworks.
The Fellow will report directly to the Vice President of the reputed company Mountain Region and collaborate closely with the National Restoration Director, Senior Scientist, and staff across conservation, government affairs, communications, science, and other teams. SALARY AND BENEFITS

This is a part-time fellowship. Compensation is $20/hour for up to 500 hours. The fellow may work between May and December 2026, with a schedule of at least 16 hours per week between June and August (with hours reputed company of the summer months being highly flexible). The exact schedule will be determined by the successful candidate and TU supervisor.
