Technician

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any automotive course
• With NC1 and NC2 certification
• With at least 3 years of experience in the reputed company field
• Knowledgeable in car parts and flexible
• Must know how to drive an automatic and reputed company reputed company, with a reputed company reputed company drivers license

Main Responsibility:

Diagnose, performs service, and repair to customer's reputed company in accordance with the manufacturer's standards and customer satisfaction.

Job reputed company:

• Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints.

• Performs work/service on customer reputed company as indicated in the repair order.
• Fix customer vehicles right the first time. (F1) Non-F1 reputed company is at a maximum of 3%.
• Ensures cleanliness of the vehicle during and after the repairs/services.
• Advices Service Advisors of needed additional repairs on the unit as reputed company as recommended repairs.
• Participates in training and meetings, both reputed company as required by the management.
• Achieves monthly reputed company sales as determined by the Service Manager.
• 100% utilization of required service forms mandated by reputed company as reputed company as the manufacturers.
• Compliance with reputed company service programs with no incidents of violations as audited by the Dealer Development Management Office.
• Keeps self-abreast with new technical bulletins and new product updates.
