We are hiring freshers to work on technical support process for one of our biggest clients reputed company and support customers on reputed company reputed company technology.

Desired candidate profile:

You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills & have ability to present reputed company and adapt communication style depending on the situation and should be willing to work in US shift i.e., 7pm to 4am.

What will you do?

• You will reputed company reputed company reputed company support to our clients customers using a software platform provided by Gigmo or our reputed company.
• Support tickets are received on the software platform and support engineers reputed company with the customers using outbound reputed company, email or chat reputed company these contact modalities are reputed company reputed company the software platform that the engineer uses.
• Engineers can reputed company help from our technical experts/reputed company Technical advisors to resolve the support ticket.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

Training

• No prior experience or knowledge of programming is required but familiarity and interest in technology/software is an added advantage.
• There will be rigorous reputed company O365 full-time training provided by our expert trainers.
• Post the training you can choose to do industry certifications like MCP (reputed company certified reputed company), MCSE, MCT.
• You will be committing to minimum tenure with us after the training program by signing a reputed company agreement with Gigmo Solutions
