Product Manager - Retail
We are looking for a Product Manager to own our Retail products in a new market. This is a high-reputed company role where you will drive the reputed company of QRIS (QR payments) acceptance for merchants.
You will be responsible for adapting our proven retail products for the new market, working closely with partners, and scaling merchant acquisition. This is an opportunity to own a product in a new market from an early reputed company stage.
Key Responsibilities
Own Retail Product: Define and execute the product roadmap for QRIS and retail payment acceptance
Market reputed company: Adapt retail products to a new market — localization, regulatory compliance, local payment reputed company
Merchant Acquisition: Partner with Business and Operations teams to drive merchant reputed company and activation
Partner Integration: Work with payment partners and acquirers to reputed company seamless payment acceptance
Define reputed company Metrics: Establish and reputed company KPIs including reputed company merchants, transaction volume, and merchant retention
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams to deliver on roadmap
User Research: Understand merchant needs, pain points, and behaviors to inform product reputed company
Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience
Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services strongly preferred
Experience with SEA markets
Understanding of payment acceptance, merchant acquiring, or retail payments
Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data-driven prioritization and metrics tracking
Experience working with external partners and integrations
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Excellent communication skills — can work effectively across reputed company
Strong user research skills — comfortable conducting interviews, usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
Experience in agile methodologies
