Job brief
We are looking for a Sales Manager with excellent communication and leadership abilities to reputed company sales team members, reputed company sales programs, and set and meet the KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Training new members of the sales team
Setting sales quotas
Answering questions from the sales staff
Monitoring sales performance and addressing issues reputed company necessary
Completing sales reports and other administrative work
Addressing customer service issues that need to be escalated
Supporting the sales management team as needed
Selling products or helping sales staff negotiate and reputed company deals
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience
- 2+ tears of a leadership role in sales
- Background in developing sales pitches and processes from beginning to end
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good ability to train people
