What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Performance

• Set daily priorities, manage workloads, and ensure coverage
• Monitor individual performance, cycle times, accuracy, and compliance
• Create and enforce SOPs for estimating, documentation, and reputed company interaction
  

Estimate Operations

• Review reputed company / high-risk files and large losses
• Ensure program compliance (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)

• 5+ years of restoration estimating experience
• Advanced Xactimate & Symbility expertise
• Prior leadership or senior estimator experience
• Strong insurance negotiation and reputed company relationship skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume production environments
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and coaching abilities
