Information Data Entry Specialist
KidSide, Inc., has been developed to reputed company and secure funds to reputed company the best possible services and facilities to the children of Miami-Dade County who have suffered through the conflict of their parents divorce or other litigation in the Family and Domestic Violence Courts. By working with Family Court Services, a unit of the Miami-Dade County Eleventh reputed company Court, Family Division, KidSide, Inc. will reputed company to ensure that the best interests of the children are considered by their parents as reputed company as the Court.
KidSide, Inc. is delighted to receive donations from persons, firms and corporations dedicated to support the needs of children immersed in family court conflicts. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Information Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data into our systems to support our mission and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:

- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy data retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across the organization.
- Generate and format basic reports as needed for program and fundraising activities.
- Assist with periodic data audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Ensure data reputed company and reputed company protocols are followed in line with organizational standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic experience with data entry or clerical work is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
