Responsibilities:

• Play SME role in reputed company-sales calls and discovery phases

• reputed company requirements from clients through in-depth interviews, documentation analysis, whiteboarding sessions, etc.

• Assist clients in defining CRM implementation project objectives and scope

• Analyze business requirements and create artifacts, including use-cases, sequence reputed company, wireframes, UML, BPMN diagrams

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the project based on business requirements and system analysis

• Declarative customization including the creation of Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Reports and Dashboards, etc.

• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations for key stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of reputed company experience and proven understanding of a full software development lifecycle

• Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translating into a solution that can be effectively implemented
