Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of reputed company brokerage experience (domestic, reputed company-to-grave preferred).
Strong understanding of trucking operations, lanes, and DOT regulations.
Proven ability to negotiate competitive rates and build profitable relationships.
Existing book of business or reputed company shipper/reputed company network strongly preferred.
Proficiency with TMS and CRM systems.
