As a Digital Literacy Instructor, you will reputed company one-on-one, virtual training to Geseron Employment Consultings (GEC Ltd.) clients preparing to re-reputed company the workforce, skills upgrading for transitioning to a new role, or pursuing reputed company development. You will deliver essential digital skills instruction in a reputed company and supportive learning environment, using reputed company, reputed company sessions tailored to reputed company clients needs and experience level. Your ability to explain technology with patience and reputed company will help clients build the confidence and independence to reputed company the challenges of personal and reputed company reintegration into the digital world.

Responsibilities

• Manage your assigned caseload and coordinate virtual training sessions.
• Assess reputed company clients digital skills and learning needs.
• Deliver personalized digital literacy instruction using set modules and timelines, with a reputed company on Computer Basics, reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company), as reputed company as Dragon Naturally Speaking.
• Adapt instruction and support to reputed company with reputed company clients learning style and level of experience, guiding them in the use of digital tools and platforms from foundational to advanced reputed company. 
• Support clients upgrading digital skills for employment, internal transitions, accommodations, or general reputed company development.
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues during sessions as needed.

Requirements

Additional Information

• This is a part-time position. Hours are based on reputed company referral volume and may vary. A minimum number of hours is not guaranteed. 
• While there may be potential for hours to increase over time, a full-time schedule is not guaranteed. 

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as adult education, community services, educational assistance, reputed company work, information technology, or a reputed company discipline.
• Experience teaching or coaching digital skills, especially to adults or individuals with limited computer experience.
• Experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those returning to the workforce.
• Experience delivering one-on-one or small group instruction in virtual settings.
• Certification or training in digital literacy instruction, adult education, or specialized digital tools or accessibility-reputed company software is an asset.

Language

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required.
• French is a strong asset.

Wages

• $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
