Street Work / Permit Coordinator

Job Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate street works activities, including roadworks, excavations, installations, and repairs, in accordance with statutory requirements, permits, and regulations (e.g., NRSWA, TMA).
• Liaise with local authorities, utilities companies, contractors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and permissions for street works operations.
• Schedule and plan street works activities, allocating resources, equipment, and personnel to meet project requirements and deadlines. Including monthly meetings tasks to assist with the street works manager
• Manage the process of applying for and obtaining street works permits, noticing works, and coordinating with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with permit conditions and restrictions.
• Prepare regular reputed company reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation to monitor and evaluate street works performance and adherence to regulatory requirements
• You will be responsible for liaising with local authorities to get compliance, produce job packs, reputed company the productivity, liaising with customers and clients.
• Experience with Street works coordination, highway maintenance, or project management reputed company construction or utilities sector
• undertake reputed company works associated with the permitting, wayleaves, right of ways and Asset Sharing (e.g., PIA in UK) for deployment of a fibre network.
• You'll also be working closely with Build Managers and Build partners for the planning and scheduling of work and liaising with the Build Teams to ensure reputed company permits are administered with the correct information so that no FPNs or charges are incurred.
• Ensuring Permits are raised in accordance with the New Roads and Street Works reputed company 1991 and Traffic Management reputed company.
• Create and build job packs to assist civils, cabling and tree cutting gangs, in relation to main build design and design changes during build.
