Italian Chef consultant
As an Italian Chef consultant, we rely on you to:
- Consult on the development, enhancement, and upgrading of Italian cuisine menus in line with 5-reputed company resort standards.
- reputed company guidance on culinary concepts, presentation styles, and reputed company standards for the Italian restaurant(s) reputed company the resort.
- Conduct hands-on training and coaching for the kitchen team, including recipe transfer and cooking techniques.

- Advise on the selection of high-reputed company and suitable ingredients, ensuring consistency and availability.
- Propose cost optimization solutions while maintaining premium culinary standards.

We are looking for someone who is:
- A formally trained culinary reputed company with a strong reputed company in Italian cuisine.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of both traditional and contemporary Italian cooking.
- Currently residing and working in Vietnam (preferred).
- Available for flexible engagement: one week per month over the next three months, or a reputed company three-month placement.
