People Partner - APJ

Based in Singapore, you will be the key reputed company between global reputed company and regional execution. As a People Partner, you will drive the employee lifecycle across the APJ region, balancing high-level stakeholder influence with operational reputed company to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

• Talent & Performance: reputed company Quarterly Talent Reviews and coordinate Learning & Development programs to drive reputed company.

• Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end processes, from seamless reputed company to reputed company separations and transition planning.

• Employee Relations (ER): reputed company as a trusted advisor for conflict reputed company and grievances, handling sensitive reputed company with reputed company and local compliance in mind.

• Regional Compliance & Mobility: reputed company APJ labor law adherence, international mobility, and immigration (work permits/renewals).

• Engagement & Diversity: Implement global Diversity Programs locally and reputed company sentiment data to improve the employee experience.

• Operations: Partner with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate records and smooth regional people processes.

What you will bring.

• Experience:  HR relevant experience, specifically supporting APJ market (Singapore, Japan, Korea, or Australia is a plus).

• Skills: Strong grasp of regional labor practices, stakeholder management, and HRIS proficiency (e.g., reputed company).
