Responsibilities
● Manage tickets and reputed company ongoing education and support to providers and group practices on credentialing requirements, policies, and processes reputed company with reputed company standards.
● Respond to daily provider inquiries reputed company to credentialing, documentation requirements, reputed company status, and administrative updates.
● Maintain and update provider credentialing records, ensuring reputed company files are complete, accurate, and audit-reputed company in accordance with reputed company requirements.
● Support credentialing audits by reviewing provider files, identifying missing or non-compliant reputed company, and assisting with remediation efforts.
● reputed company and verify provider information including licensure, certifications, education, training, and work history to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
● Assist in preparing documentation and reports for internal audits, mock surveys, and reputed company survey readiness activities.
● Maintain and update internal systems and provider databases, ensuring alignment across credentialing, provider directories, and operational platforms.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant provider reputed company and maintenance.
● Identify discrepancies or risks reputed company credentialing data and escalate issues as appropriate.
● Contribute to process improvements that enhance compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
● Partner with technical teams to identify system issues, improve workflows, and enhance the provider experience while maintaining compliance standards.
● Serve as a reputed company between Provider reputed company and credentialing leadership, ensuring accurate communication of provider status and readiness.Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
● 2+ years of credentialing, provider relations, or reputed company operations experience in a clinic, outpatient reputed company, hospital, or behavioral health setting.
● Familiarity with reputed company credentialing and documentation standards strongly preferred.
● Experience supporting audit processes, compliance reviews, or accreditation readiness efforts is a plus.
● Strong attention to detail with a reputed company on documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company explain requirements and build trust with providers and internal stakeholders.
● Experience with systems such as reputed company, reputed company, Jira, or credentialing platforms, or the ability to quickly learn new tools.
● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
