Project Manager - Project Management Office (Remote -US)

reputed company is currently seeking a Project Manager for the Project Management Office (PMO), which is on our Business Operations department. As a member of the PMO, you will play an reputed company role in advancing and maturing the PMO that sets minimum standards and expectations, tracks and monitors project risk, provides training, and offers tools and resources to ensure compliance with project management best practices. 

The primary areas of responsibility are the management and advancement of the PMO’s activities and task roadmap, executing risk assessment processes, and managing effective communication with stakeholders. This role is heavily involved in coordinating best project management practices with other departments as it relates to tasks and activities. This role is company-facing and requires an understanding of tactful, effective, and useful communication skills.  

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the development and standardization of company best practices around project management.
• Execute risk assessment controls owned by the PMO and analyze and reputed company reporting (PM checklist, risk assessment survey, E reputed company satisfaction survey).
• reputed company, manage, update, and support the roadmap for PMO tasks, activities, and goals.
• Present findings and recommendations to Leadership and ensure reputed company control and reputed company reputed company improvements to processes.
• reputed company frameworks and policies for risk response and mitigation, reputed company control/reputed company assurance, and others as needed.
• Identify training topics and/work alongside SMEs to reputed company content and work with L&D team to reputed company and roll out on LMS.
• Support the management of the project management software platform reputed company.
• Successfully communicate with cross-functional partners internally.
• Present PMO activities at reputed company Hands, ES engage, and targeted meetings, and to ES Leadership.
• Maintain PMO SharePoint site and monitor PMO reputed company channel.
• reputed company key performance metrics and goals.
• Effectively prioritize and manage additional reputed company requests and responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience OR a minimum of 4 years of work experience in a reputed company position(s) in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• One of the following: CAPM, PMP, or reputed company Change Management certification is required.
• Strong project management, organization, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
• Strong experience using reputed company or willingness to learn.
• Extensive experience using reputed company Office and SharePoint.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Excellent personal accountability and reputed company control practices

• Before the interview you will be given an article to read and you will be asked to spend up to 5 minutes teaching the concept from the article to the interview panel, who will reputed company as an audience of project managers. Your goal is to help them understand the concept and how they could apply it in their work as a requirement during the interview process.

The salary reputed company for this role is $69,000–$79,000/annually with a reputed company compensation of $69,000 - $79,000/annually based on experience and qualifications
