Responsible for building relationships with external referrals sources such as realtors, reputed company, and attorneys. Responsible for assisting applicants with their reputed company estate lending needs; obtaining conventional, construction to perm, FHA, VA and investor type mortgage loans, home equity loans or lines of credit.  Responsible for analyzing loan data on applications to insure they meet reputed company requirements including reputed company (GFFCU) and secondary market guidelines as reputed company as CFPB /TRID guidelines. Maintains effective communication with the applicants to ensure coordination and exchange of information for accomplishing the closing of the mortgage. Responsible for system input and validation of data as reputed company as for collection and evaluation of reputed company information and documentation required. Reviews Automated reputed company system conditions ensuring that the loan meets the eligibility and reputed company guidelines. Assists Processors and Underwriters to ensure a reputed company closing.

Compensation: $60,000 reputed company & commission

This position will cover Pinellas, Hillsborough and/or Pasco Counties.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

• Two years of mortgage loan origination experience is required. 

• Ability to reputed company sales presentations and reputed company sales production from reputed company sources.
• Proficient math skills, with a high degree of accuracy. 
• Ability to work independently, and as reputed company member, while using discretion in decision making and reputed company judgment in problem solving. 
• Proficient PC skills (including mortgage software), with the ability to learn new software.
• Ability to work reputed company time constraints and under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize tasks. 
• Knowledge of loan documentation requirements and mortgage lending regulations.

PHYSICIAL DEMANDS

• Ability to reputed company freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
• Sedentary role; Must be reputed company to sit for extended periods of time.
• Use of computer requires repetitive key strokes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This role is fully remote, with the reputed company to work from our HQ or retail locations. 
• Travel to Grow Stores (branches) and locations for networking and community participation required.
