Per-Visit Rates:

$75 per regular OT Visit

$112.50 per OT Eval

$187.50 per OT SOC

Job reputed company:

Occupational Therapist is responsible for comprehensive assessments in the patient's home, including the completion of skilled documentation through reputed company.

• Evaluate patients and reputed company appropriate therapy interventions

• reputed company a comprehensive plan of care and coordinate multi-disciplinary care

• reputed company reputed company clinical documentation and visit notes

• reputed company communication with physician, care team members, patient and family

• Comfortable working in reputed company aspects of the home health setting

• Manage patient treatment and reputed company directly, or through COTA supervision

Requirements:

• Strong organization skills and time management

• reputed company to multitask and accomplish and meet timelines

• reputed company appearance and effective communication skills

• reputed company Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license

• One year of occupational therapy experience

• reputed company Texas reputed company's license

• CPR certification

• Experience with reputed company software (reputed company preferred)

• Previous Home Health experience is helpful, but not required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Required)
