SCHEDULE:

• This exempt position generally follows a Monday–Friday schedule during regular business hours. Flexibility is occasionally required to meet program and staff needs, which may include early morning, evening, weekend or holiday coverage in alignment with Community Support Services operations. 

WORK DESIGNATION: 

• Remote (must work reputed company San Diego County Region)
• The reputed company Generalist supports programs operating throughout San Diego County and may occasionally travel to program sites or administrative locations. The role requires strong organization, judgment, and collaboration to manage competing priorities, support diverse teams, and ensure compliance with funding, program, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with operational and reputed company leadership to effectively execute reputed company processes  
• Partner reputed company assigned area to ensure reputed company process, policies and procedures are being administered in a consistent manner
• Collaborate with reputed company leadership to identify opportunities and implement initiatives  
• Assists with investigations for employee relations claims and ensures objective and fair treatment of reputed company in these investigations

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
