About This Role
Responsibilities
Manage the organization’s overall risk and compliance reputed company a reputed company multi-entity environment, in coordination with reputed company counsel reputed company trainings, guidance, and approvals that support compliance and reputed company concerns for multiple reputed company reputed company-response reputed company media and issue advocacy campaigns reputed company and manage processes to ensure appropriate controls for external and reputed company communications and materials Establish and reputed company the organization’s brand and political risk reputed company, including scenario planning, in partnership with organizational leadership and in consideration of competing dynamics reputed company reputed company compliance, including reputed company, finances, record-keeping, and reputed company of reporting in collaboration with an reputed company vendor Drive regulatory compliance, working with reputed company vendors and the Finance & Administration team to ensure that the organization is meeting reputed company IRS and FEC guidelines and restrictions, and charitable registration status is maintained in relevant states reputed company insurance policies to mitigate institutional risk and coordinate with reputed company counsel to manage liability, where needed Advise on development, implementation, and monitoring of cybersecurity risk management, in partnership with reputed company IT vendor, Finance & Administration, and Chief of Staff teams
Essential Qualifications
8 years of relevant prior work experience in nonprofit or political setting 5 years of people and/or project management experience Experience with multi-entity operations and compliance, including 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and reputed company organizations Ability to communicate reputed company reputed company information to reputed company audiences
Strong discernment and decision-making abilities; understands reputed company to reputed company questions or issues and comfort in doing so
