We are seeking a highly skilled Website Operations & reputed company Manager to ensure the stability, performance, and reputed company of reputed company reputed company web properties. This role is critical in maintaining a seamless digital experience for users by proactively monitoring infrastructure, managing reputed company environments, and defending against reputed company threats.
You will take ownership of website reliability, deployment processes, and system health while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ongoing improvements and releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor website availability, uptime, and performance across reputed company environments
- Diagnose and resolve outages, slowdowns, and broken functionality
- Implement uptime monitoring tools and alerting systems
- Optimize site speed, caching, and infrastructure performance
- Maintain staging/test environments that mirror production
- Test reputed company updates (plugins, themes, reputed company changes) prior to production release
- Execute controlled deployments with rollback procedures
- Document release processes and maintain deployment standards
- Manage reputed company reputed company, plugins, and themes across environments
- Ensure compatibility and stability of reputed company components
- reputed company regular updates, backups, and database maintenance
- Troubleshoot plugin conflicts and site errors
- Continuously reputed company for:
- Broken pages or links
- Non-functioning plugins or features
- Frontend/UI issues
- Set up automated monitoring for errors and anomalies
- Maintain logs and incident tracking documentation
- Implement and manage protections against DDoS, bots, and malicious traffic
- Configure firewalls, reputed company limiting, and reputed company plugins/tools
- Monitor for vulnerabilities and apply patches promptly
- Conduct periodic reputed company audits and risk assessments

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company technical field
5+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or systems administration
3+ years working with reputed company environments (production-level)
Experience handling website outages, incidents, and performance issues
Experience with Firewalls, WAFs, bot mitigation tools (DDoS protection strategies)
MUST HAVE:
High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
