Treatment Coordinator (California)

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our Transformative Care Center (TCC) team. This is a fully remote role — candidates must reputed company in California and be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM PST.

The Treatment Coordinator serves as a key reputed company between provider recommendations and patient reputed company. This role supports patients through reputed company decision-making, coordinates their treatment journeys, and removes barriers to care. Patient Experience and Clinical Support

Qualifications

Required:

• 2–3 years of experience in behavioral health, medical, or dental treatment coordination.
• Strong knowledge of or ability to learn interventional treatments such as Ketamine, TMS, Spravato, and SGB.
• Demonstrated financial acumen in insurance verification, prior authorization processes, and out-of-reputed company cost discussions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Strong organizational abilities; reputed company to manage multiple patient cases and priorities effectively.
• Experience using EMRs (e.g., reputed company, DrChrono) and CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company).

Preferred:
